I recommend Signature Roofing. I used them to replace my roof under less than desirable circumstances (I fired previous roofer for poor performance). I needed someone who could come in and not just "get it done", but someone I could trust to follow code and do things the right and honourable way.

Great company - awesome crew gets the job done in a timely manner. Very happy with the results.

**EDIT 2** Well all is well that ends well. After a few frustrating hiccups we were able to get the inspection done and bid provided to the building owner. Eric was responsive in getting scheduling issues sorted out and was very courteous to deal with in the process.

All businesses have things that fall through the cracks at times of high volume and it matters very much to see how they go about handling a situation when something has gone wrong. I would feel totally comfortable recommending them to my clients in future.

*EDIT* So events are progressing and someone is heading out to inspect the roof today. Hopefully this all works out well. *EDIT*

So over the space of two weeks and placing 7 phone calls and 3 voicemails I received a promise to inspect our commercial roof.

On the day of the inspection I had guys onsite for 6 hours and Signature did not show up. I did hear from our office that one of their guys called to get my cell number, but he told the office nothing and then didn't bother to call me. So we were just left in the dark.

I now have an angry building owner who wants a bid to repair or replace his roof and I have nothing to give him. We now have to ask for additional time to secure a professional commercial roofer.

If this sort of relationship is fine for you in your contractors then these are definitely your guys... if not you may want to consider someone else.

Signature Roofing responded quickly and gave me a quick and accurate estimation. They came right out and tore off the old roof, replaced rotting boards, put down new tar paper and re-roofed my house. I'd rate it with 10 stars if that was what showed up.

It's a Wal-Mart, but convenient area, easy to find food and a really good place to go to for groceries
