When my mother passed away, it was very overwhelming in many ways, but Ascension Funeral Home made it as bearable as possible for us. They worked hard to stay in our limited budget and were very knowledgeable. Pete especially was very helpful and genuine. I would highly recommend this business to anyone in need of their services. Ascension Funeral Home were there in my family’s time of need. They took care of everything & made it easier during our grieving process. The care of my mother & the funeral process was excellent & extremely professional. My family will go to them & recommend them for any funeral needs. They cared & I felt like my mom was honored in her passing.

Wishing I could give more then 5 stars. My mother passed away in July from cancer. From the first call they took care of us. Gave us important information of what to expect and prepare for. Since this was during Covid Mr. Pete came to my house the day after my mother’s passing and walked us through all the paperwork for cremation. Kept in touch with us up until the day he delivered my mother’s ashes to our home. They followed up with us just to make sure our family was ok. Best choice we could have made during this time in our lives. Personal care from the start.
The folks at Ascension were a bright spot in an otherwise dark time. They were thoughtful in their advice, respectful of the family, and lifted a burden from us during this difficult time. My Step Mother and Father passed within 6 months of one another, and Pete went above and beyond in helping us with the arrangements for both. This was especially helpful considering that my father passed during the period of time that Covid had the whole country under a stay at home order. Pete made sure my father was taken care of and was able to be placed next to his bride, where he dearly wanted to be, as quickly as possible. Thank you Ascension!

I have been going to Rebecca for over a year and she is amazing. She really can do it all and do it all well. I've had her do everything from simple root touch ups to a beautiful balyage. Her cuts are spot on as well (not just trims but going from longer hair to a graduated bob). She is professional, personable (which I personally enjoy in a stylist when you are spending an hour or two together) and knows her stuff. LOVE Salon 1013 & Rebecca!
