Next I’m going to try one of the barrel aged cocktails from the recipes booklet - sounds awesome!
Highly recommend for any level of spirit enthusiast! -

(October 14, 2019, 2:16 pm)Just wanted to share my “rave review.” I have used the barrels to age my first black strap molasses batch, and here is how it looks almost six weeks into the aging process. I am expecting a three-month aging should offer some really nice color…and bouquet and flavor. Needless to say, I am enthusiastic, and I plan to order more barrels for a batch of apple brandy (calvados) scheduled to be ready for the barrel in about four weeks. I am happy to be a repeat customer and rate your barrels a 6 on a 5-poiont scale!
