I must advise that this is by far the best dental office that I’ve ever worked for temped there today Doctor DeMarquis Loyd, D.D.S., M.B.S., DR. CHANNON DAVIS, MRS. DEKEMA DICKERSON, and MS. ALEJANDRA GUTIERRE had the most welcoming and generous gestures. The whole entire experience was life changing as a RDA with a back ground of 9 years, I’ve never been provided with such an outstanding atmosphere to work in every one is super driven to provide the most superior experience to both the staff and patients. The Owners are very passionate about the love of dentistry. The front office personnel is very professional and detail oriented making sure to provide wonderful quality assurance to all the clients and the assistant is very knowledgeable about ensuring that the patients feel comfortable and confident about themselves and there level of dental care in preparation to seeing the dentist providing the highest level of dental care to his patients while providing wonderful preventative instructions to ensure his patients teeth are wonderfully cared for. Let’s not forget about the other doctor that is aboard he is superior in over seeing that everything in the office runs smoothly and ensures that all the financials are intact with a wonderful personality. I’ve never seen a team that works together so closely and be so supportive of one another. Thank you all for your outstanding services provided. The Resilient Dental Lounge has a warm, welcoming and family feeling. Everybody on staff was informative of the overall processes. I felt very comfortable asking questions and my questions was met with clarity. Going to the dentist can be a scary thing but I felt no fear and I’m actually looking forward to my follow-ups.
