Dr.Stephenson and nurse Mandee were absolutely amazing, they both took their time to explain things without rushing. They really do care about their patients. Thank you all again for making my 4 year old son better.
And the lady at the front desk (sorry forgot her name) she was there sat 05/21 was super friendly and just overall amazing as well. Thank you Wylie ER. -

(May 8, 2021, 11:21 pm)I had the most wonderful experience here! No wait time to get stitches even though another hospital was going to have me wait 4 hours or more. Everyone from the nurses to the doctor who treated me were so friendly and really turned my night around. I highly recommend them!

(May 3, 2021, 10:59 am)We have always had a good experience with ER emergency. They took very good care of my great nephew. They communicated with effectively along the journey. I would highly recommend when there is an urgent need. Major difference in care from other places.

I mean, you don’t really look forward to going to an ER, but with this place you kind of do. Lol! They treat us like a member of the family and it shows! I highly recommend them. I know my kids are in the best hands when we have cause to go.

(August 19, 2020, 12:22 pm)My visit to Wylie ER was the best medical experience that I’ve ever received. I was so thrilled the way I was taken care of...so amazing! They really got to the bottom of my situation...very detailed! From the first point of contact, Lisa, to the nurses, Debbie and PA Tara, the X-ray tech, and to Dr. Behnke, all just did an excellent job in explaining exactly what was going on, diagnosing and treating my illness.
I just can’t say enough about their care of me...so sincere, courteous and kind! They are true professionals!!! They simply saved my life!!! I tell you one thing, I wish I had them (Wiley ER) as my primary care physician.👍🏽👍🏽
One note, there was another nurse that assisted me, and whose name I’ve forgotten (she/they know who she is)...thank you for taking care of me, I truly appreciate you!
