Most residents are on Medicaid or Medicare and have no family members who visit. The rooms are small and limited storage. What makes this a very good place is the caring staff who do the best with their limited resources.
Great Facility tucked into a great community the staff and administration are awesome.
Nurses are great and took very good care of my mother. The weekend nurse Victor is wonderful and very caring. He treats the residents like family. I’m very happy with the care my mother received.
Founders Plaza in Wylie is a great place to be I have been here 2 times in this last year. Everyone treats you like family here, there is not nothing that they would not do for you here. The Physical therapy
is the very best I have been around it is great they have done so much for me. The kitchen boss will help you in any way he can to make something for you. The nurses, aids mangament they will do anything and everything to help you. Its a wonderful place to be. I have one more surgery to have I do plan to come back here. Give
this place try you wont be sorry..
