Also I wanted 6 pumps of vanilla in my iced coffee and she advised that it comes like that I said honey it comes with 3 she said not anymore. So apparently the online screen is wrong and they've changed it since the day before yesterday when I got this coffee and she gave me no straw which is fine I can get a straw but she was very rude. No phone number works to talk to a manager and I couldn't mobile order because it was down. I really should give it 1 star but I won't let her give this Starbucks a bad name.”

“I wanted to try this bagel place while I was visiting my kids. They ordered jimmy johns which was very close in proximity to Einstein's bagels, so that's where I picked to eat. I looked at the online menu and decided to try one of the newer sandwiches. I downloaded the app as was required. I couldn't get the correct location to let me order, so even though I signed up, I wasn't able to get any rewards points for my order. They were very busy taking drive thru orders. One of the gentleman was very nice, the younger gentleman was rushed. Online, if I had been able to place an order, my order was less than $18, but in store I paid $23. The french toast chicken sandwich was OK. Not spectacular, but still good. It was a sandwich i wouldn't have created for myself & I'm glad I tried it.The bagels are good- equal- but not superior to other bagel shops that came before them. The schmears are very good. They spread easy even refrigerated and the veggie schmear is really flavorful.”
