“I want to share such a wonderful experience at my last visit on Saturday. Was having issues w my van thinking I needed a new battery but come to find out after buying my battery at Auto Zone, they noticed that the terminal was badly corroded and they referred me to go to Pep Boys since they were still open at 8p on Saturday and that job required a mechanic. I called to check if there was a mechanic available. Kyle was very accommodating & as soon as I got there mechanic Karl assisted. After running test to diagnose the issue, checked battery, starter, alternator, they recommended what needs to be done & agreed to replace the terminal since everything was good. To be honest mechanics always get some bad reputation especially as a woman we feel we will get taken advantaged of. The were very honest and up front. Explained to me everything going on. Gave me a copy of the numbers in the test. To my surprise they fixed the problem right then and there. In terms of cost, apparently a customer before me replaced a terminal and didn’t need the extra & said give it to the next customer. Pay It Forward. I was surprised. Karl built my trust that there are really good. & honest mechanics. I definitely recommend this Pep Boy location. Keep up the good work & they earned my loyalty moving forward.”

“Came here because the sign out front advertised an alignment at $45.... Turns out "the sign is old" and it's actually $65... But that's still the cheapest price around that I could find (other places were $75-$110). They fit me in right away and were done in about 30 minutes (most places quote 2 hrs). It's not a perfect job, but my car is driving much better and it was great for the price and timing. Will come again.”

“2nd 5 star review but much service on my Tacoma by Frisco store. Caleb and the team helped me decide on a suspension that suited my needs that I could not make a final decision on my own. Finally gave it over as I always do because they have always been right. On pick up, I drove down the block and my Tacoma was prefect! Exactly what he said to me and what I exactly wanted. It was stiffer as I wanted and it reacted exactly like I wanted it! Conclusion: I wasted a lot of time trying to figure it out myself vs, just listening to Caleb and the team in the Frisco store in the first place as usual. The team in the store was/is always engaged in the situation at hand which is great because I always get educated every time I walk in which is fun and what all this 4W is about? Long review, but what this Frisco store and all of the employees has done for me, and my especially for my truck is, well part of why I feel the Tacoma pride. I 1st went to Christian brothers and they tried to run it up on me (7k+ for overpriced garbage I didn’t even need) my car is worth maybe 11k. I freaked out then got referred to pattons. He gave me a reasonable price and did fantastic. Feels like a whole new car. “Aaron was amazing from beginning to end. He has so much knowledge and made me feel so comfortable going with him after talking to a few mechanics. To start he’s mobile and 24hours which is so convenient and saves the hassle of dealing with a tow company. When he got here he was so nice and tried his best (even included pictures) to explain to me what was wrong. My car knowledge is about non existent but he did an amazing job of trying to help me understand which is not something I have ever experienced from a mechanic. Just him taking time to try was greatly appreciated. He was able to come out quickly and did amazing work. He was so nice and I will definitely be calling him anytime anything goes wrong with my car. Having car issues always sucks but having a good dependable mechanic takes away so much stress.
