“If you're like me, going to the dentist is a most dreaded experience. Waiting, attitude and pain. I finally found a dentist that makes for a much more pleasant experience. Dr. Perry's practice is the best that I've experienced. They don't keep you waiting endlessly and are great about taking you at your scheduled time. The people in the office are super pleasant - front desk, assistants, and Dr Perry herself. The other huge difference is that Dr. Perry treats her patients with respect. I've been to other dentists where they treat you as guilty for not taking better care of your mouth...like being back in school. Or, they rattle off a bunch of procedures that you need to have done without any explanation. Dr. Perry will spend as much time with you and actually explain why each procedure is necessary and whats going on in your mouth. She's also not high pressure, and doesn't say that you need to do everything immediately or your teeth will all fall out.”

“I recently got my braces put on by Dr. Hemphill and although I cannot physically see the difference the amount of support his staff and him give is amazing! The atmosphere is welcoming from the first time I stepped into the office. The layout is very neat and I can tell they take care of their patients by the refrigerator full of water and coffee. Oh, but when they found out I have a nickname they started to call me by that! What a lovely feeling! I am not used to such outstanding service. Thank you for the experience. I have always been tense in situations where people mess with my teeth, but the staff who helped me through my orthodontia journey and applied/adjusted/removed anything on my teeth were extremely helpful in making the experience as comfortable for me as it could be. Actually, I sometimes don’t trust reviews on Yelp or Google about doctors so much; however, I bet you will definitely see what I said about Suncteek Orthopedics. Dr. Shen is a highly competent orthodontist. My crowded teeth have changed dramatically even though I asked her not to have my teeth out. She kindly and honestly told me pros and cons when I didn’t have my teeth out, and even explained a possibility of the wrinkles on my face to me when I had my teeth out as well, so I could start without worrying. During the pandemic, there’re lots of unsure things, but whenever I asked her some questions by email (because I’m not good at speaking in English), she answered and solved it very responsibly and friendly. As Renew Family Dentistry owners have changed hands I never once considered changing to another Dentist. We love the warm greeting by the front office staff. Abby the Dental Hygienist was awesome. She has a great touch and a heart to serve others. Dr. Probst came in and did a quick exam and was very warm and personable. When checking out with Missy I thought she was warm and very personable. “Dr Schechter was an amazing Doctor. I had the best time with him. However, due to his unexpected passing. The people who took over the practice did not properly notified his patients. Many of us thinking he retired or left. And did not finish his job. That's not true. He would have never done that. The people who took over his practice should have send letters out to let his patients know. It was poorly executed and poorly handled. I got my money back, but they could have finished up my order. Instead I had to find a new orthodontist to do my retainers. RIP Dr. Schecter. You are missed.”
