“From my initial phone call to being warmly welcomed into the nicely appointed reception area, Lavon Family Dental made a very positive impression on me. I was able to get an appointment within hours due to the severity of my dental pain. I was taken from reception to the exam room right away. Pricilla, my dental assistant, was very thorough in telling me what to expect & she worked quickly with the office manager to determine what my insurance would cover & what my share would be. Then Dr. Casey Draper joined us to examine my tooth & to administer the anesthesia in exactly the amount I needed. His bedside manner is very calming & he’s very respectful & easy to talk with. He clearly explained what to expect during each phase of my tooth extraction & he did an excellent job with perfect results. It’s now been about 7 hours since the procedure, the anesthesia has worn off, and I have no pain! I realize that may not be the case tomorrow but I’m so impressed with the great job Dr. Draper & Pricilla did for me today that I’ll definitely be back for all my dental health needs.
