She sat down and truly listened to my story, and genuinely did everything she could to help me! When no one else would help, Thrive Dental and Crystal were there for me. “I would highly recommend Sigma. The front office staff is friendly and welcoming. The staff that I interacted with were very professional and nice. They kept asking how I was doing. The doctor explained everything and answered all of my questions. The assistant during my procedure was excellent. They were very attentive She offered to put Vaseline on my lips. That was a first! No other dental office ever did that. All in all, this was the best experience I had for a root canal procedure. I would go back to them for future treatment. “I had a very pleasant visit with this office. Everyone was very polite. I normally have very high anxiety going to the dentist due to teeth sensitivity. I had the pleasure of having Kristy do my cleaning and she was very considerate of my teeth sensitivity and still did an amazing job on my cleaning. She took the time to show me my x-rays and explained everything to me so that I could understand what I would need for treatment. Dr. Anderson was great. She also came in during my appointment and went over my results and she was very kind and descriptive as well. I've never been to such a thorough place. “Ortho can be scary for kids who are nervous about dental visits. Dr. Bietsch and his wife took SUCH great care of our daughter on that first evaluation and have been so wonderful on every subsequent appointment. I fully prepared myself for the worst by watching videos and trying to think of all the scary things and how to coach my daughter through it - but in reality, it was a 30 minute appointment to get an expander in and teach me how to turn it and she felt ZERO pain! Can't recommend this team enough. They truly care for your kids and we are HUGE fans!”

“I have been looking for a reliable dentist since I moved here from California 7.5 years ago but i had a few bad or mediocre ones until Dr. Lu. Let’s started the review with my friend’s case. My friend moved away to Allen and had switched to a prestigious dentist who ended up causing her bad infection and a fever 2 weeks after the visit. It was so painful but she couldn’t get an urgent dental appointment with the bad Allen dentist. She called her old dentist Dr Lu for help and luckily Dr Lu was willing to see her after hours due to the emergency. The infection was so bad that if she came in few days late she would have to lose her teeth. For myself, I had a chipped molar and I went to two docs they both said due to the size crown is the only way to go. I came to Dr Lu for a 3rd opinion and she is the only dentist who noticed that I had a very similar chipped molar on the other side of my mouth which used filling as well. She agreed the area is too big but on the conservative side we could still try filling first. It took her only 20 min and my chipped tooth is good as new (1.5years after it’s still doing good). I highly recommend Dr Lu for her skills and honesty.”

“I have worked in the dental field for practically my whole life. I don’t trust anyone but Dr sharp with my teeth. My hygienist was so knowledgable and really thorough. She was really careful and my cleaning wasn’t uncomfortable at all. Dr. Sharp is very smart and conservative. He will never recommend something that you don’t need. He was so patient when answering all my questions and had such thorough and intelligent answers. Dr Sharp is in my opinion one of the most capable dentists in the area. “I have been following with Dr. Jung for the 3 years. As a physician, I did my due diligence and searched for the best possible dentist in the area for my dental implant. First of all, Dr. Jung is one of the few people in the area who is actually board certified in dental implant in the Dallas area, on top he got his training from one of the best dental programs in USA. He is extremely nice, honest, answers all my questions and my implant was fantastic. I cannot recommend him enough, and I actually drove to Plano from Dallas throughout these 3 years as I was really happy with the service that I get.”

“I went 20 years without dental care because of negative experiences I have had in the past with other Dentist, but my wife knew that my teeth always bothered me about the way they looked and the stress of how it could be affecting my over all health and she finally convinced me to see Dr. Miller and his staff, and I couldn't be happier that I did. Dr. Miller is great, not only as a dentist, but also in his ability to keeps things less intense than I want to imagine they are. I had a lot of work done with Dr. Miller and his staff to get my teeth back into a state where I am happy about my smile. And they worked with me to get through the tough procedures quickly and as stress free as possible. I also got Invisalign through Dr. Miller, and although it took a while, I am so glad I decided to go through with it. Also knowing how much oral health can affect things like heart health means I have a little less stress now that I have things back under control. “My husband and I along with our three daughters all have used Dr. Tao for several years and have always had a positive experience. We have each had our teeth cleaned the recommended twice annually. As well, we have had other work done as required including fillings and root canals. Dr. Tao made the root canal I personally experienced much better than the bad stories I had always heard about root canals. After my root canal she gave me an emergency number to contact her in case I had difficulties. One of the things I really like is that Dr. Tao personally cleans my teeth rather than having a hygienist do that work. She does it very quickly and I am typically in the chair just over 30 minutes. I would definitely recommend Dr. Tao for dental care. .”
