When it comes to numbing your gums for a procedure, he takes his time and keeps asking if you’re doing ok. He’s the best needle man in the business! “Dr. Trinh at the Prosper location was wonderful. She was very helpful and patient as we worked to find the right contact lens type. Additionally, she shared information on eye health by recommending types of food to eat, vitamins to take, and wearing sunglasses. “Dr. Lee has always been very helpful and accommodating to my family’s schedule and needs. There have been appointments that we teleconference to not have to force my sick child out of bed and still receive the care she requires. My schedule is forever changing and he always finds a way to make time for me. The office is calm and welcoming. He listens and asks important questions for our own safety and care. My family was referred to Dr. Lee after moving to Texas from Arizona and I am forever thankful that we were pointed in the right direction. I am able to communicate through text and I always receive a prompt response. He is yet to meet 1 very important member of my family because my son is on the spectrum and does not like change, new environments, or new people for that matter but today I decided to bring my son because I felt the calm, patience, and care would benefit my son greatly and I wasn’t concerned. For parents with autistic children, I know will understand how important it is for our child to feel comfortable with their doctor and I wholeheartedly believe that Dr. Lee is that person. “Best Doctor Ever!!! I definitely recommend him he made me feel very secure of my high risk pregnancy. I love him & the nurses they are the best!!! He will definitely be delivering all of my babies. The best part of Dr.Rajala is that he will let me see my daughter more thank normal in the ultrasound. I have a lot of ultrasound pictures a book full of them thanks to Dr.Rajala. He also made me feel secure I felt comfortable all the time. I would go to the EM room a lot & every time I went. I will follow up with Dr.Rajala & he always made sure my daughter was healthy. He is also a very patient person I had an emergency c-section & the nurses & Dr.Rajala calmed me down. It was the scariest moment I’ve ever experienced. He talked to me & told me everything was going to be okay, will my bf was getting dressed to come into the delivery room. I was having trouble breathing & I was feeling dizzy etc. Dr.Rajala was the one who called me down I definitely recommend Dr.Rajala best Doctor Ever!!! I also had a lot of questions as a first time Mommy & he made sure to answer every one of them as well as his nurse. I definitely recommend Dr.Rajala he will make sure your babies are safe I promise”

“Dr Ehmer and his staff are TOP NOTCH. my daughter needed tonsils, adenoids and turbinate surgery. I immediately felt comfortable with her in their hands. I always have a lot of questions and they were ALWAYS there to answer them. I never felt like a burden. Surgery went extremely well, he was right on time, he greeted us with good news, then...HE CALLED US to see how she was feeling. Doctors don't have to call. But he did. And it made our day. Kevin Watson is a very caring, patient, topnotch professional who keeps abreast of new and advanced technologies. He takes time to answer questions, explain things, and ensures my hearing devices are in excellent working order. Further, his staff, Lesley is delightful to work with. She always greets with a smile. Lesley acts with a sense of urgency when needed and is very considerate. For example, if Kevin is out of office and I needed urgent attention, she gets in touch with him and have an answer for me right away. In summary, Kevin and Lesley are a great “A” team with their hearts beating with enthusiasm to provide the best possible care for their clients and are decent human beings. “Love this doctor's approach to medicine! We came here after a well known and respected pediatrician in Allen compromised my son's health after several misdiagnoses. Dr. Salem was the only one who correctly diagnosed my son when he was having constant chest infections. She sent him for testing which allowed us to change his diet and he hasn't had a chest infection since then! The other pediatrician just kept prescribing medicines but didn't get to the root of the problem. I've since had to switch primary because of health insurance but recommend CR Pediatric's doctor 100%”
