I’ve been with him for over a year and he’s by far the most accessible, no nonsense, straightforward Dr. He doesn’t rush you with appointments, frequently checks in to make sure everything is going well, and most importantly you can tell he genuinely cares about his patients and it’s not a monetary thing for him. I wish all Dr’s were like him honestly. “I was coming back to update & increase my previous star ratings but my first one was gone. I always had the best experience with TMPC, but my last 2 visit weren’t like previous. There was a staff change spring/summer. In short, I came in for the rapid test on a Friday per my company’s policy but didn’t receive my results for several days because they forgot to load them, so I was very disappointed. However, I met with a member of the management team by happenstance the following visit when I came in to get my receipts correct, and they were very apologetic & helpful. So much so, that to my surprise, when I went to file the expense on my company’s card, the charge was completely removed!!!! This is the stellar team that I grew to appreciate over the previous last year, which is why I was a return customer. Thank you all so much for providing the best customer support and truly taking care of your patients. “Thankfully, I have been a patient of Wellness Solutions since moving to North Texas in 2018. Sandra Caldwell, MD is a wonderful primary care physician. She listens is supportive and easy to talk to. She has guided me with lab work and to other specialists as needed over the last year and a half. I never leave my appointments with unresolved issues. I had been dealing with back issues since 2016 and after several chiropractic sessions with Dr. Bowden and rehabilitation with Dr. Vincent I felt better than I had since the injury. Not having been to a chiropractor before Dr. Bowden was honest and forthcoming about what I should expect during our sessions. Also, not being a very physically active person, Dr. Vincent was able to modify the exercises to my capabilities which was a big help. “My primary doctor referred me here for sleep issues under the impression I had sleep apnea. I was very impressed with this office they called me quickly and got me and appointment quickly as well. Dr. Jain is extremely knowledgeable and a foremost expert in his field. He and his associates have great customer service and it was a very positive experience. He had me take an at home sleep study which was pretty painless over the weekend and that following Monday he went over my results turns out I do have chronic sleep apnea. He immediately educated me on this and got me started on treatment options. Keep up the great work!”

“All the staff from the front desk representatives, to the nurse and both lab techs who drew my blood for lab work were all A++! All very professional, approachable, knowledgeable, and kind. A few months ago when this facility was known as Smart Health, my review would have been very different. The staff at that time (with the exception of a nurse named Amy - she was always so wonderful), were very indifferent with terrible attitudes, and the most unprofessional demeanors and below par customer service I have ever had to endure. As for Dr. Conn, he was and is always very thorough, knowledgeable, kind, and most of all funny! He has all the qualities that make him stand out from all the other providers out there. He has a way of making all the boo boos not seem so bad at all. I’m so glad that he is my PCP!!”

“I would give Dr. Al-Shareef 💯 stars!! He is very professional. We have been following up with him for one of my family members. He is the only doctor in the area who discovered the problem. We have been following up with so many doctors for no good results as if we are doing nothing. Dr. Al-Shareef knew about the issue through examining each and every part and through the MRI imaging. Now, since we knew about the main issue behind all this pain, the doctor explained the procedures and the solutions. He wanted to go step by step with all the medications before we end up doing the surgery. He is very professional and caring. He was able to give extra time and efforts. He cares about his patient. After my relative went back home, the doctor called him many times to check up on him and his health and the effects of the new medications. We will definitely continue with Dr. Al-Shareef because of many reasons. The main reason is his constant care. The location of the clinic is somehow far away from our home. However, we traveled all the way there just to continue with Dr. Al-Shareef. We are beyond blessed to find you! My father was blaming himself for not finding Dr. Al-Shareef from the beginning. I will keep updating my post to update you with the results. We are now happy to figure out the reason since we have been trying to know it since 2 years ago!
