Its surprising to read some of the negative comments by others regarding the front office staff because I have never encountered a hint of rudeness or unprofessionalism by any of the staff, nor have I experienced any billing issues. From finding our first born’s dairy allergy when another pediatrician tried to tell us it was a polyp (which was very incorrect). They have listened to us and followed through with everything they say they will do. We have been able to get appointments when we need them. The wait times are not long. Everyone in the office is so kind and thoughtful. We just had our second baby and they made sure to include big brother on everything while at the newborn checkup! We couldn’t ask for a better practice.”
