“Dr. Lyndsey and her staff are the best!!! I work in the medical profession and saw the advertisement on my computer screen. After researching, I was led to her office in Murphy. I had knee issues in the past and the pain was getting worse. After only 4 sessions, I’ve learned so much about the quads, the “brownie/Saran wrap”, and that not all knee issues require surgery. I can, honestly, say that I am back to moving so much better and have a routine of stretches, icing (NO HEAT), and KT taping (my new best friend). “I have complex issues that require ongoing monitoring. Both Dr. Bander and Nurse Carol Kick have been my primary care doctors fir over10 years now. They have been effective in managing the in between periods between specialty care episodes. They listen. They help with paperwork. They have a sense of humor! Most of all, they are commonsense people. Few billing issues with insurance—it tends to be done correctly the first time. This is something to value if you don’t like being on hold trying to resolve billing issues with insurance. They also have a reasonable cash patient policy...for those times when you could be between jobs or plans. I recommend them!”
