“I joined the exercise coach McKinney the end of January 2023! The program has contributed to weight loss and also education to do working out and the importance of nutrition. I am not an athlete and have always had problems sticking to a routine. This program changed my relationship to fitness and food in a good way. The workouts push you to your limits but it’s only 20 mins! If you stick to it and have a good nutrition plan you will see results and feel great. The staff and owners are amazing and easy to work with.I highly recommend this place! Especially to busy people. 20 minutes twice a week and it is a full body work out!”

“Fun place! Took a group of 6 kids ranging from 9-15. All of them had fun at the open gym. There were kids as little as 5 enjoying it, too. Some things were impossible for the kids I brought, but they still had fun trying them out. They let us bring our own water bottles in. We bought little packets of Dippin' Dots as a snack at one point. Great comfy seats for parents to watch. I called in advance to make sure all 6 kids (from different families) had the waivers signed. I highly recommend that, even if you think you're all set. We will definitely be back!”

Sebastian and his team offer something more than just martial arts, they are offering a lifestyle of health and well-being of the body, mind and most of all heart. “My family and I have been students at Perin's Tae Kwon Do Center now for about 3 years now. Let me say, it has been a wonderful journey getting to know the Perins and the other students. They are all awesome. Both instructors and fellow students challenge you to be better and do more, but yet encourage you to have a great time. I have seen my son and daughter explode with self confidence because they are now more coordinated, have physical endurance, and know what is expected of them and how to accomplish it. I cannot recommend this studio enough because of the very family friendly atmosphere and the encouragement to excel. Currently, there are at least 10 families (adults included) that attend on a regular basis. We are looking forward to this next couple of years of practicing with our friends and really, our second family. Physical exercise, discipline, self-confidence, and fun-fun-fun are what you can expect when joining Perin's Tae Kwon Do center. I personally have seen students that were seemingly having trouble in school be turned around academically and behaviorally. Some even receive notes from their teachers indicating the great changes. PTC gives you the tools and self-confidence to lead, whether it be in the studio, in the office or workplace, at school, or wherever you may be. I would highly recommended this studio to my friends and family, and once you get there, you will too!!! Pedal to the metal.. right Sabumnim??? (BTW, Sabumnim is Korean for head instructor).”

In just 5 months I have seen results I didn’t think I would see. The workouts consist of HIIT training that combines muscle confusion all while having maximum energy that the coaches give off. The music is always on point, and the beautiful thing about it is that it’s for ALL fitness levels. The coaches are there to provide modifications if necessary and push you if they know you can go harder. Just try one of Jays classes and you will see what I mean! “I had an all around great experience joining this gym! Very helpful staff. I love that it's open 24/7. Be sure to check the website though, because even though Google shows it's always open, only specific hours are staffed. If you are joining for the first time you need to make sure you go during staffed hours to sign up, or you won't be able to get inside. (There's always security cameras set up though.) It's fairly small but has all the essentials. There are treadmills, ellipticals, various machines, squat rack, free weights (including barbells, several different dumbbells, kettlebells, etc). There's also a room you can lay out and use mats in. They have multiple gender neutral bathroom/showers. All in all I really like the environment here!”
