“Phenomenal Staff and Physician, I was informed by my optometrist that I needed to have eye surgery in both eyes. I was recommended to see one of the big ophthalmologist groups which I did not like as it was a cattle calling with no personal attention. I called my insurance and they recommended a few doctors in my area (Plano) and so I chose Dr. Fass. I was not disappointed, his staff took time to explain everything about my upcoming appointment and what was to be expected including my costs. They answered all my questions without making feel rushed or that I had a limit on the questions I could ask also I loved the fact that their office was not overbooked. I'm scheduled to have surgery now on my second eye and so far everything is fantastic, I can not recommend enough this doctor and his office and would give 10 stars!”

“Dr Schechter was an amazing Doctor. I had the best time with him. However, due to his unexpected passing. The people who took over the practice did not properly notified his patients. Many of us thinking he retired or left. And did not finish his job. That's not true. He would have never done that. The people who took over his practice should have send letters out to let his patients know. It was poorly executed and poorly handled. I got my money back, but they could have finished up my order. Instead I had to find a new orthodontist to do my retainers. RIP Dr. Schecter. You are missed.”

“Excellent experience. The office is updated, clean and modern. The staff is friendly and you can tell they work cohesively as a team. The nurse put me at ease right away. I liked most that though I had not seen the doctor on my initial screening visit, he had obviously looked over my record thoroughly before the visit and was knowledgeable about my case and had a plan. He explained everything to me in great detail before and during the procedure which put me at ease because there were no surprises. He had wonderful bedside manner. I left knowing exactly what to do and what the expectations were for recovery. And it was easy to get a follow up appointment at a time that is convenient to me!
