“Paul and Ryan were my main therapists, but everyone here is incredible at their jobs. They always encourage, fire you up, and keep you just around your limit so you can get the maximum benefit. Some days I needed something slower, and they happily obliged. Some days, most days if I'm honest, I asked them to push my limits and they even more happily obliged. Never once did I feel ignored, incapable, or uneducated on what I was doing. I will be taking these stretches and exercises with me for the rest of my life so I can stay healthy. I would recommend this PT to ANYONE for anything. It was an absolutely incredible experience, and I am legitimately saddened that I am done with PT.
