The office staff is friendly and efficient. The clinical staff are excellent and Dr. Russell's patient interactions and surgical skill are superior. Dr. Russell, personally called me after my surgery to see how I was doing. This is just one example of the high quality of care from the practice. I haven't seen this high level of quality too often.”

“I was referred to Dr Mooney who is new to the area. What a great addition to Plano and the team. Everyone in the office is super helpful but I appreciate the time he took to explain the Urology specifics of my case and the plan he has to help. There was a scheduling mix up with a follow-up exam and the staff assisted with fitting me in and Dr Mooney graciously got it taken care of (with good news!) like it was not a big deal. I appreciate the positive attitude, willingness to help and in depth care he provided.”

“First, I want to say I rarely make reviews but feel like the rating of this office is a bit incorrect. I was really nervous coming to this doctors appointment today because I have not had the best luck with many other doctors. I am pregnant and have hypothyroidism. The process of becoming a new patient was mildly difficult but the staff are all so nice and helpful. The office manager even gave me the earliest date possible to come in which was less than a 3 week time frame (which is good for most specialists in my opinion). While this was my first visit to this office, I can't say enough about Dr. Saddiqui. He is one of the only doctors I have ever felt heard from and took the time to break down my situation for me. I am grateful I chose this place and hope that the care continues.”

“Dr. Scott Stowers was absolutely amazing, love his team! Two months post surgery away and 30+lbs lost. I have lupus and connective tissue disease and made working out really hard, it would send me into flare ups. This tool has helped me get some weight off my joints, and my inflammation has been so much better. Currently not taking anything for my auto immune diseases because I'm not in any pain. Highly recommend this practice, I'd do it all over again today if I had too!”

“I see some negative reviews here about how scheduling works and about the office staff. I’ve been seeing Dr. Bauer for 5 years & I’ve never had a single problem with scheduling. Even when I have needed to see him quickly, I have gotten a workable appointment. What I have experienced has been a professional and friendly staff, and an easy scheduling system. I usually just go online to book something. Furthermore, the Baylor Scott & White system includes an online portal which is very useful for routine questions and prescription requests/refills. I use it often and every time I do, I get a very quick response. I messaged just this week for a prescription and within 15 minutes, the nurse messaged back that it had been approved and sent to my pharmacy. You can’t get better service than that. There was a comment about frustration at not being able to talk about more than 2 issues at an office visit. This is not the Drs choice, this is dictated by insurance companies. This was starting to be the case several years ago, when I was with another Dr., under a different system. Thanks to insurance control of the health industry, rigid rules & policies force our doctors to adhere to how much time they can spend and how many issues can be addressed, or it won’t be covered. It’s a tall orders for doctors and they spend as much time doing paperwork for insurance as they do seeing patients. Lastly, a few patients commented that Dr. Bauer is not compassionate. I have never seen him be anything but caring and very ethical. He has helped me with several ongoing health issues and I have complete trust in his expertise. He’s friendly and very easy to discuss anything with. I’m very glad to have found such a good practice.”
