“Dr. Chiang is the ultimate professional and sensitive to the needs of her patients. Somewhat "squeamish" with anyone (including myself!) near my eyes, she is aware, asking prior to testing, thoroughly explaining the why's and the importance of the procedure. She then let's me decide whether I'm able to move forward. My previous OD gave "promise" she wouldn't proceed - but did anyway with the element of surprise. Perhaps she thought I'd get over my fear but it only made my phobia worse. She's no longer with that practice. It's rare for any office to provide a cell # which I have always received a prompt response. Her office - adjacent to Costco optical, allows easy access with exceptional prices with many insurance plans accepted. Any issues with an RX are a simple call next door. For anyone seeking a change in an OD with a professional, kind demeanor, Dr. Chiang and staff should be considered. I highly recommend!”
