He also covered several concerns patients might have. My previous sleep office disappeared suddenly along with all my records. I like knowing and feeling secure that Dallas Sleep will be here for a long time in the future. Dallas Sleep coordinates between their office, my insurance and informs me of any co-pay charges before my appointment, so there is no misunderstandings when I arrive. I like their use of sending me a post card reminder to call for my next appointment and then text message reminders since my appointment is made a year in advance. I have a very complicated dental situation because much of my 25 year old and more recent dental work (crowns, buildups) and teeth in general are failing. I first went there for a root canal. I later had a consultation with Dr. Barrett. He went over my X-rays and spoke to me at length about my dental situation, gave me options and steps on how to get from where I was to having a long term solution. Dr. Barrett genuinely cares about the patient and goes above and beyond to restore your teeth. Seriously. All of the staff, front front desk, assistants, hygienists etc...are positive, friendly, caring and great people. I'm really thankful to have found this business.”

“I have been a patient since college, after I struggled to bounce back from a surgery that left me physically and emotionally drained. Having always been an athlete, my surgery recovery process was longer than expected and mentally exhausting. From the moment I stepped into Dr. Missimo’s office, I have felt welcome and supported - He helped me take the steps to get back to my ‘normal’ life and I will always thank him for this! It sounds cheesy, but he has been with me through so many ‘big’ walks of my life, from my surgery recovery to college graduation and even to my daughter being born then to raising her as a single parent – And I don’t know where I would be without him. Dr. M is extremely professional, personable, genuine, and cares about me and my personal life. He is truly a gem and one of the best doctors I have ever come across. I also cannot say enough good things about Caroline in the front office – She has been there from the beginning since I started and is AMAZING! She always goes out of her way for me (and spoils my daughter with all the sweet treats!), is courteous, and is so helpful. I am disappointed with some of the negative reviews about the front office – She has always been quick to handle things for me, is professional with handling all patient-sensitive information, and is SO organized. I love getting to catch up with her when I’m there. They ALWAYS treat my daughter like she is the most special kid on the planet when she comes with me to my appts – and I love that they have been able to watch her grow up alongside me (now 7 years old). I always look forward to my appointments and cannot recommend this office enough!”

“OUTSTANDING CARE!!! My great aunt has been living at La Fontaine Memory Care since January. She came from another facility where she lived for five years. La Fontaine far exceeds the care she was receiving before. I feel my aunt is safe and well taken care of. I'm two minutes away and stop in sporadically throughout the week. Always find a consistent atmosphere! The entire staff is wonderful! I love to watch them interact with the residents. Super patient and upbeat with them! The activity director also does a great job getting the residents involved. Families always need to remember that facilities are not 100 percent perfect, but I am extremely happy with La Fontaine!”

Dr. Cash has the most nurturing demeanor, and Dr. Moulton and Dr. Misty are also so amazing! They all put me at ease when I was clearly going through baby blues while my youngest was dealing with really bad acid reflux, and I will forever be grateful for Dr. Misty and the nurses for comforting me while I was dealing with such a horrific feeding issues with our (then) newborn. Now, our two toddlers love the staff so much that we chose to stick with TLC Pediatrics even after moving to Little Elm about 6 months ago!”
