My husband saw him today for an acute and scary problem and Dr. Shin spent a lot of time with us explaining the pathology of his problem and explained a detailed treatment and plan as well as offering two options of treatment. As a retired nurse in the orthopedic world I was very pleased with his bedside manner, interest in my husband’s chief complaint and detailed treatment plan. I'm not a big "reviewer or comments" kind of guy, but saw some of the other reviews, and felt I needed to offer my observations. His team has always been responsive and knowledgeable and I've only observed kind and positive treatment on the phone or in the office from his staff. When have an appointment, I rarely wait more than a few minutes. I trust Dr. Gate's opinion without reservation, and he has yet to steer me in the wrong direction. He is knowledgeable, keeps up with the latest in treatments and medical knowledge, and is always providing excellent support and good counsel. I look forward to my annual check-ups and other visits. “Dr Kazi is both an amazing person and Dr. I have been a patient of his for over a year now not a single complaint, staff is very friendly and accommodating, at some appointment my wife and 2 year old soon accompany me and they never seem bothered when my 2 year old acts like a 2 year old. The office itself is very clean and well kept as well as its restrooms and common areas. Dr Kazi himself it is very clear, truly cares for his patients and enjoys working with his patients to help better their lives and allow the relief of pain giving us all the opportunity to enjoy life. From my experiences with him he is very understanding, and a real genuine person, we've discussed life outside of pain and anxiety issues I've recently been dealing with. I frequently travel for work with sporadic to little lead time Dr Kazi and his team have always been very understandng, flexible, as well accommodating when being out of town coincides with an appointment. Pricing is very straight forward and clear I have never had an issue of any kind. I would not recommend Dr Kazi simply because I DO tell friends and coworkers that suffer with chronic pain do not waste anymore time call your primary to get a referral or if you dont need it call them, you'll be mad I didnt tell you sooner! I would say my overall appointment dont take more then 30 minutes in total, his team function very well and efficiently to keep things moving.
