“I have been seeing Dr. Bradford for 6 years now and she is the best! I had a biopsy last year and when the imaging center informed Dr. Bradford of my breast cancer diagnosis, she called me immediately to see how I was doing. She even called me after hours to discuss surgeon referrals and I went with a surgeon she recommended that is also amazing. Dr. Bradford called me weekly for a time, to check in on me and make sure I was doing okay. That was way more than I expected! She has always taken time with me at every appointment. I have never felt rushed and she has always been able to answer my questions. She genuinely cares about her patients and wants the best for them. Her staff is awesome too! Katie, her medical assistant, is fantastic! I can't say enough great things about Dr. Bradford and her team! In regards to the 1-star rating below, I remember when this happened as I couldn't get through for a bit too. When I mentioned it to Dr Bradford, she let me know they knew of the problem and were working with the telephone service provider to get it fixed, which they did. It hasn't been a problem since.”

“Located right off of George Bush Turnpike, this hotel was a good find. You're less than 30 minutes from the DFW Airport. There are many restaurants in the area and many places to shop. The hotel was clean and family-friendly. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The pool and gym are on the ground floor near self-serve laundry rooms. Having these options at the hotel is really appealing to me.”

“Dr Darrow was my GYN for many years and hated to leave him when my husband was transferred out of Dallas. He performed many procedures and I never had to worry about anything from pain to recovery to getting back to normal. His hand is truly guided by God and I believe He relies on Him as well. I keep hoping we get transferred back to Dallas so I can get back to him. He is the only doctor who I can indubitably say is able to put his patients wellbeing before anything else. I mean, has anyone tried getting a hold of his/her doctor after 5 pm ever? Dr Darrow's office will answer. And he will call back (or his nurses) to get you squared away. Love him. Love his staff.”

The staff worked efficiently, not too fast, and in sync together as a team, The doctor was pleasant, knowledgeable and I felt very confident in his evaluation and office management. Overall the experience was surprising pleasant, efficient and yet caring. I even arrived an hour early for my appointment and they adjusted beautifully by making me feel welcome and fit me into their schedule with no fuss. And, the report to my surgeon was delivered that afternoon...so no delay in scheduling the cataract surgery needed. Well done!”

“Dr. Li's staff has improved since early 2019. Dr Li, himself, is a good Dr. At one time, he had a nurse practitioner that was actually incompetent. I feel like his office was probably hit hard for this. Despite one visit I experienced with said employee, Dr. LI fixed it and that was a long time ago. These days, as well as last yr, I feel his staff is knowledgeable, helpful, efficient, effective at getting the right things done and fast. I'm glad I stayed with Dr. Li and I feel comfortable and confident he and his staff will keep up the good work!”
