“My husband and I have Sleep Apnea. My husband has been using a CPap machine for over 20 years. I was unable to find a CPap mask to fit so I chose to use a dental appliance instead While searching the web for a provider of the dental appliance I found Dr Osborne’s Sleep Easy office. I called the number and was pleasantly surprised to find out I was talking to Dr Osborne. He listened carefully to my concerns and what I was looking for and he took the time to explain to me the various dental appliances available and what he could provide. I told Dr Osborne we were going out of town for an extended period of time and I needed the appliance soon. He contacted his nurse, Rubin, and set up an appointment for the next day. Rubin met me as scheduled and explained to me in detail what their office could provide. I then scheduled an appointment with Dr Osborne. I convinced my husband to come with me to see if the dental appliance would work for him. To make a long story short, we spent several hours with Dr Osborne. We both had a CT Scan of our heads and we were both measured for a dental appliance. We were offered several different kinds of appliances and advised on what would work for each of us. We accepted Dr Osborne’s advice and chose a different appliance for each of us. Temporary appliances were available within days and in time for our departure on our trip. Upon returning we received our permanent appliances. We had sleep studies done by our pulmonologist with and without the dental appliance. Both of our studies revealed significant improvement with the appliance. My husband after over 20 years is now free of the cumbersome CPap machine. We are thrilled. We are both sleeping better with our appliances. We cannot thank Dr Osborne, Rubin and the entire staff enough for their compassionate care they provided for us. Not only are they experts in their field, their customer service service sets the standard for all to follow. On our long first visit Rubin ran out and brought my husband (a diabetic) lunch. “After not golfing orc swinging clubs for almost 20 years, I cleaned up a used set of clubs and went out to the Plantation Golf Club to try to hit a bucket of balls. I ended up hitting a large bucket of balls, about 70 of them. I worked with my 6 iron, 7 iron, and 2 wood. I had to remember the mechanics and pay attention to my swing and the ball impact, all while taking in the sight of beautiful grass and sound of club heads sending range balls yards away. All in all, I will go back. I'm hooked again.”

“I am not one to post reviews but I feel like I need to. Our dog was older and started having seizures so we took him in. We were told the next day we could make the decision of putting him through more medication and taking him home knowing this would happen again or sadly putting him down. He was older and we didn’t want to be selfish so we decided it was time. THEY WERE INCREDIBLE handling us and our dog through everything. From telling us to helping him go. Just like humans you don’t expect the same level of personal care in an ER as you do your personal vet (especially if your dog has an attitude problem). They made the entire experience the best and easiest it could have been. They let us stay with him as long as we needed before letting him go.We decided to keep his ashes and decided on a box. When we went to pick it up it was beautiful and came along with paw prints, nose prints, a certificate, a paw print in clay, a paw print to plant into flowers…Bringing that home and seeing everything REALLY helped with the closure we desperately needed. I even let other people know this was the place to go. Emergency rooms are scary. This place made it far less. Thank you all for caring for my dog and caring for us.”
