“I had a very good experience going through this office. The manager and the staff were all super friendly and attentive. They explained things all throughout the process and were very patient while we worked our way through the decisions. I decided on some upgrades like the blue light filter and it has made such a difference in my glasses. I also ended up buying a pair of prescription sunglasses with anti-glare and I absolutely adore them for driving. They really do a fabulous job of reducing the glare. I bought glasses for myself and two kids and we were all treated very well. Our orders arrived very quickly and we were notified by text that they were ready. We even made some changes after we placed our order and tried them on for a few days and ended up making some exchanges and upgrades to transitions for my high school son. No cost for the exchange, just the normal cost to add the new feature. Also, my first pair of glasses were very uncomfortable for my head and they replaced them for free as well! Great customer service. Good communication. I wish they had a little more selection to choose from.”
