We worked directly with Peggy Ginsberg who was amazing! She had been recommended by our realtor, Angie Johnson from Keller Williams, and we trust anyone Angie recommends. The flooring took about 3 days to complete and the contractor on site, Martin, was an expert at his trade. He showed up on time, left only after everything had been completed for that day and stayed late. The quality and experience couldn't have been better! “When I go into a Lowe's I am always given great customer service. Garden center, i get the BEST customer service there every time... the very nice and helpful man helped me pick out shrubs, fertilizer , rose bushes and soil. Not because I asked him to but he asked me all the right questions and came up with several suggestions..man does he know how to upsale!!! Lol He made sure I had everything I needed and more( i plan to go back this evening, not because I forgot something but he was so good at his job that I am going back to get those other suggestions he mentioned !! I also went over to appliances to get a wine fridge. I asked one of the workers inside if he could help me. He didn't even hesitate. He helped me find just the right wine fridge. After we loaded it onto a pallet jack I needed some plumbing supplies. He took the sample I brought scanned it said he would be right back and went and got exactly what I needed. Here's where it gets really good.. this same guy walked back to lawn and garden with me and loaded up my entire purchase in my truck .. I plan to get their names when I go back. Those two men deserve recognition !!!”

He consistently introduces new techniques and helps her grow her skills without overwhelming her. He definitely makes it fun. “My son has been playing the piano since he was in kindergarten and stopped after five years as he was getting bored of the strict regiment of playing classical music under a traditional teacher. Thus, I went hunting for a piano teacher who could be flexible in her teaching, make playing piano fun and most importantly inspire the student. Kym and the Simply Music Program totally nailed it! She is very patient, has many fun ideas on how to make a music piece sound more interesting and listen to what the child wants in his music. She is able to bring back the love that my son has in piano and I don’t even need to nag him or remind him to practice anymore. Now, he is the one who keeps telling me I have to continue his piano lessons with Kym even though she is not in the same state as us anymore. We are very fortunate to have her in our son’s musical journey!”
