“Long time La Z Boy customer, 1st time in new Allen store. Glinda (with an I) was a great sales person and quickly help me find the perfect recliner for a small, 5 foot tall, older lady. I had a budget and this Collage wall hugger recliner is just perfect for me. Comfortable, pretty and just right. Can't wait till Wednesday when it will be delivered, put in my room and they will remove my old, broken chair and put it in the garage for me. UPDATE: 6 months later and the bottom cushion of recliner isn't as comfortable as I would like. But it's holding up well. You can pay for an upgraded cushion when you order it, but that was just too much money for me.”

Even though it was rough sometimes I got though it. Out of all the treatment centers I’ve been too, this was by far the best. “After a big runaround at another Best Buy, we ended up at the Allen store and spoke to Thomas in the TV section. He was super knowledgeable, helped us find what we needed, and didn’t try to sell us something that wasn’t what we were looking for. He took the time we needed and didn’t rush us. We live closer to like 3 other Best Buys, but we will be back to the Allen store just because of the service Thomas gave us. And no, we don’t even know him!
