“Over the year, we have hired this firm for several tasks on our 50-year old gas log fireplaces. First they fixed a broken flue damper with what they warned would be a temporary fix because of age/rust. Then they fixed cracking bricks. Then they added a chimney cap when the flue damper finally gave away. They we replaced gas logs and the sand around them. They also sold and installed new fireplace doors. Very nice work and very good firm. They're experts, not salespeople, so their strength is in solving the problems professionally (as opposed to a dog pony show of what they could do).”

We feel comfortable and confident in the decisions we made. After selecting our mattresses, he walked us through mattress protector and pillow options. He made them options and did not force or push any up sell. We ended buying both by our choice, again not feeling obligated or persuaded.
