“7/1/22 update: Yard Art came through and replaced all 12 of our chairs with comparable chairs. Thank you! Update 4/30/22: exact same problem happened with the new chairs. It’s actually worse this time. The material is disintegrating despite being told the problem with the construction of the chairs had been resolved. Do not buy outdoor furniture here. Update: after speaking with Brett, he stated that he would replace our chairs at no cost. He assured us the material used to make our chairs is no longer used. So hopefully the new chairs will last much longer. We purchased several thousand dollars worth of sling type patio furniture. We were told they were of high quality and would last many years. After just 2 years the material began to deteriorate. They are so bad, someone could literally fall through the chairs. After reaching out to use our warranty, we were told the warranty was only 1 year, which is not what we were initially told. They refused to repair our chairs. Beware of this place. They carry poor quality furniture and don’t stand behind their products and warranty. I’m just so furious that we now have 12 chairs that are ruined.”

“** 2021 and it was time for the master bathroom to get a makeover. Called Jose up and he came out to give up an estimate. Jose gave us some great design ideas that we didn’t think of. The 123 crew got started on the demo as things moved forward. There were a few delays (Not the fault of 123) due to shipping delays and on shipments that arrived damaged. We communicated with Jose and he was patient and understanding. When we finally received the item from our vendor. The 123 crew was back at the job and completed everything fast and with great detail. We have recommended 123 Remolding & Roofing to several people and will use them again for future projects. ** 2018 Complete makeover. Jose and his crew did an excellent job on our house. They completely removed the old siding, eave, and replaced it with James Hardie planked siding and painted the entire exterior of the house. Replaced 17 windows, installed three new doors, ran electrical wire for front side lighting, painted several areas on the interior of the house. The crew was always professional, and Jose went above and beyond to ensure that we were satisfied with the job that was being done.”

They were so professional, thorough, flexible with my schedule, answered all my questions and addressed my issues. While I was chatting with Chad I mentioned to him about my fear of snakes and the fact that we've had few spotted in this neighborhood recently. He placed couple of sticky traps in my garage. Today of all the days (the weather was horrible .. with heavy rain, loud thunder, flood warning) to my surprise there was a snake glued to the trap. After calming myself down I reached out to Chad. At first, I thought the snake was dead but the darn thing moved and freaked me out even more. Chad was a life saver to come over and grab the snake. I can't thank him enough.
