We visited the showroom outside of store hours multiple times due to our schedule and he was very accommodating of that request. He was available to answer questions at any hour. Carolyn not only listened, but coached my daughter. Carolyn encouraged her and pushed her to do more. Then we took home 2 flutes to try. We scheduled another appointment. Chelsey pulled about 15 different flutes trying to help my daughter determine if she liked the intermediate level or professional level of quality. Chelsey also had my daughter play a variety of music and scales in order to listen to the differences in the flutes. We went home with 3 flutes to try. Decision was made. “If you are thinking about new floors or a new shower, please go talk to Abraham at Floors Touch. You will not regret it! We had Floors Touch do the new flooring in the whole house after the foundation repair and we are very pleased with our new floors. Abraham came to our house to take measurements and look at the colors. He made several great recommendations on types of flooring, colors, and baseboards. His price was 2/3 of what we got quoted by another business. His installers are great! They really do some quality work. We were so happy with the flooring that we decided to use Floors Touch for our shower remodel. We wanted to take down our shower and the tub and turn the whole area into one big shower with 2 shower heads on opposite walls. Once again Abraham helped us pick the colors and it turned out great. Manuel is Abraham’s tile guy and he is truly an artist. The quality of work that he does is really over the top. We will definitely be using Floors Touch again whenever we scrape enough money for the next project 😊”
