“Fantastic experience with the ER and hospital staff. We got into an ER room almost immediately (heart troubles will do that for you) and they got to work. Kept my wife and I informed of what each step being taken was, what medications given were for, and how test results were looking. We wound up staying overnight for observation and the hospital staff were kind and helpful and made sure we had everything we needed and were informed. Wound up here by luck and grateful we did. Next emergency (not for awhile I hope), we already know where to go!”

“Excellent place to before your child's birth. We just went back for our 2nd child's birth because first time was great. The staffs are very nice and caring. Especially Anna and Mirna. Anna is super caring handling my wife and you can tell she's pleasant, caring ad loving. Mirna was so warm and sweet she felt like my great aunt in the family. My baby was like super comfy once Mirna holds her. I can almost feel her energy flow into the baby. It's amazing to see that. Barbara was the supervisor also came by and check with us to see what else they can improve which shows they really care about their patients. The people there is what makes a difference. I went to my family doc 3 times last week and they never found out what my problem was. However , I went to the Er with severe pain and the staff was so sweet. They got me in quick to see the doc and treated my pain and immediately done a CT scan and found out what was wrong.I love this hospital and they have a great staff. The doctor Alicia was on duty and she is great. I dont feel as if I could have ask for anything better from this hospital.”

“Came here with 4 friends and my fiance. Only reason we were here is because the Buffalo Wild Wings nearby closes their kitchen at 10:30 pm, and we were out to eat at 10. Wasn't very busy so we seated ourselves right away in the outdoor area. Ordered some drinks and apps, all out quickly. Was able to put in 6 food orders with an appetizer and get them all within 30 minutes. Ordered my burger medium and it was perfectly done. There's also a hookah lounge next door they seems to be owned by the same people. Pretty young crowd but wasn't loud and obnoxious. Definitely coming back”

“We met with over a dozen pediatricians, but none of them felt right. Then, we finally felt like we were at home with the staff at TLC Pediatrics. Dr. Cash has the most nurturing demeanor, and Dr. Moulton and Dr. Misty are also so amazing! They all put me at ease when I was clearly going through baby blues while my youngest was dealing with really bad acid reflux, and I will forever be grateful for Dr. Misty and the nurses for comforting me while I was dealing with such a horrific feeding issues with our (then) newborn. Now, our two toddlers love the staff so much that we chose to stick with TLC Pediatrics even after moving to Little Elm about 6 months ago!”

My father's healthcare team was exceptionally caring. They listen to his concerns about his condition and ensured him that he'll be taken care of, and not treated like a number. My father was released today, and I can honestly say that this was the best hospital experience we've ever had. Although I was very worried about him, my mind was at ease because I knew he was in good hands. I hope he never needs to return to the hospital. However, if he has to, I will gladly make the 44-mile round trip just so we can experience the great care that Texas Health Frisco has to offer. (...and to believe, that my first impression of Texas Health Frisco was actually through a nice gentleman I met at my job!)”
