“As soon as we walked in he said hello with a warm smile. Pho and spring rolls were ready in just a few minutes. Different types of Pho only come in 1 size and the prices were reasonable. Spring rolls were fresh and big. Extra meatballs as I asked for only an extra $1 was added to the bowl. He checked on us so many times and asked how everything was. He recommended we try the fried ice cream and it was delicious! I would definitely drive all the way here again to try other food on their menu.”

“For a small operation, the food is beyond expectations, we actually ate about everything except the crawfish which we will have when the weather cools down, as far being on Hwy 380, price, quality, and generous portions are hard to beat. Do not just go there for the crawfish you will be missing out on the other good eats that the cook whips up. The service is out standing and real down to earth and you can tell they put their heart into making everything come out as best they can. Will add this to my regular eating stops on 380. If you make road trips to Louisiana and hit up the hole in wall stops, you must stop by here for, po boys, sausage, boudins, and fish, also they home made their tarter sauce which is just beyond the norm, definitely a must stop.”

Not a one of them has ever disappointed, quite the contrary actually. The best Thai food that I have had so far has all come from this establishment. I highly recommend, and if you love spicy, just let the staff know and they can kick it up a notch or ten for you no problem. Their spice rating is 1-5 or 15-20 if you prefer very spicy Thai food. Also, try the specialty spring roll, it’s a house recipe, and oh so good.”

She had to void my 1st payment because she was charging me for the wrong order then was like your order got deleted wait no it didn't there it is. Also I wanted 6 pumps of vanilla in my iced coffee and she advised that it comes like that I said honey it comes with 3 she said not anymore. So apparently the online screen is wrong and they've changed it since the day before yesterday when I got this coffee and she gave me no straw which is fine I can get a straw but she was very rude. No phone number works to talk to a manager and I couldn't mobile order because it was down. I really should give it 1 star but I won't let her give this Starbucks a bad name.”

“I have been neglecting my Teeth for years. I was very skeptical about where to go. I got an ad for Monticciolo and it was a few blocks from my house. From the moment I walked in, the two ladies at the front Kat & Crystal were very pleasant and polite so they made me feel comfortable right away. When I was called back, the Assistant Denise was very welcoming and also put me at ease with her happy and knowledgeable personality. She asked some questions and explained a few things very thoroughly which also made me feel more comfortable. After X-Rays, Dr. Engelsberg came in, introduced himself and proceeded to explain all that was damaged. He was very kind, had a great personality and was very informative about the impending things that needed to be done. The whole staff that I dealt with was very kind and caring. I didn't just feel like a patient but a friend. When I was done and the cost was being discussed by Denise, I didn't just feel like a human cash register. They offered all the options explaining which were cheaper, temporary, permanent and more logical. I thank them very much for their kindness and would recommend them to anyone.
