“Our two daughters love Small Miracles Academy! Our four year old loves to share what she learns everyday- she learns new songs, months of the year, days of the week, new letters and numbers, and she even learned how to spell her name. Our 18 month old learns a new word every day- she can even identify and repeat colors. Both girls love the staff and are excited to go see their teachers and friends each day. The staff is incredibly friendly, professional, and responsive to all of our needs and concerns. They seem genuinely happy to see our daughters every morning. I feel calm and confident leaving my girls in their care each day.”

“I recently had my daughters 7th birthday party here with the “adopt a puppy party” theme and the kids had so much fun! My daughter loves art and dogs so this party was perfect for her! They all loved making their puppy houses, food, leashes, etc for their puppy. They had a blast and they do a great job at keeping the kids engaged! We would highly recommend having a birthday here or coming for art camps, classes, etc. Thank you for making my daughters birthday special.”

The administration and staff are caring, competent, and accommodating. I went to school at Rountree, attended meetings here as a Boy Scout, worked in technology for AISD here, and now my son attends school here. Rountree is a great place for kids to learn and make happy memories...”

“Since my little one has started going to Daffodils a year ago, he has grown so much. He is slowly overcoming his fears because the teachers take the time and have the patience to work with him and really get to know him. The staff is very caring about all of the children and they work hard to provide a nurturing environment. I love the extra activities they do in the school like music, yoga, fun bus gymnastics, art, and computer lab. They get the best of Montessori mixed with the "progressive" other learning methods to make for very well rounded children. Love it! Thanks!”

“School is amazing! The staff is amazing and very helpful. My 6th grader had trouble navigating on the first few weeks, but now she knows here way around the whole school! There are not any bad things happening here, so it feels like a pretty safe school. The staff is probably the best part of Nelson. My daughter had trouble opening her locker on the 4th day of school, and a teacher walked over and opened the locker in a jiffy. She was also lost on the second week of school. She was stranded in the 8th grade section and couldn't find gym class. A very kind 8th grade teacher showed her the gym. Overall, this school is one of the best schools I've seen in a while, since my 12th grader is going to graduate soon.”

“My 4 year old has been to 3 different schools and this is BY FAR the best one! I could write 10 reviews about how well they treated my child. The teachers do a great job with making sure my child behaved and learned a lot. They communicated with my about what she was doing in class and what we could work on. The director was extremely kind and welcoming. Then there’s Whitney who goes above and beyond to communicate with you about anything and everything. She is probably the nicest person I’ve ever met in my life! I felt so comfortable with all of the people that work there. It is so hard to find a place that you can take your child and feel 100% confident your child is safe, loved, well taken care of and learning a lot! She went there 2 years and i was never let down! Thank you so much Heartland! If we weren’t moving we would never leave!”

“There are not enough stars for me to give The Helm - they have been amazing from the day our family started with them and I can't thank them enough. We had done ABA therapy for a couple years prior to moving out to Texas with limited results, but our son has made so much progress and mastered so many goals over the last year that he's no longer in a special needs classroom in school and his teachers are recommending him for the Gifted and Talented program. The staff and therapists are amazing - I couldn't recommend them any higher.”
