“Every time I get food at this location ONLY, my order is always correct, the order takers are always super friendly and super nice. My fries are always hot, and they have this magical way of having perfect bacon that’s never too crispy and it is melted into the cheese in a beautiful symphony of bacon burger that is never achieved anywhere else. I think I’m spoiled. I have tried other sonic locations, and it is never the same. Not the service, not the bacon burger excellence, nothing. I live in Greenville, and I work in McKinney. And if I know I am going to eat either going to or from work, I will wait and go to THIS sonic location! Every single person at that place deserves a raise, and the manager or the cook or whoever is in charge of that magical sandwich, needs to teach that out to every single store everywhere. You would definitely see an increase in purchases!”

The friendly person at the window immediately handed it to me with a sense of urgency as I handed her my payment. This tells me they are experienced with serving shots and understand that when dealing with layered shots time is of the essence to insure a proper shot experience. I feel comfortable that if I wanted any other unique shots that I could speak with them and they could get it done. These baristas, at least the ones in the mornings on weekdays, are competent with coffee. I say "mornings" as I have not visited at other times. The Americana also tasted clean and smooth. No bitter or burnt taste. This Starbucks stands above the rest in my view.”

“Came in for a muffler delete on my 2020 Si a couple months ago. Nick and his team did great work, excellent price and speed, didn’t think much more about it. I came back in today to get some more work done on my exhaust and Nick went above and beyond. I was in a time crunch and he got it done an hour and a half earlier than originally quoted and at an absolutely amazing price too. Im not saying fair, I am saying excellent. Work is high quality. I stayed around at a distance while he was working as I hadn’t planned a way to get anywhere and he made the experience more than worth while. This is hands down the best experience at any shop Ive been to by far. Nick has way better character than I have ever had myself, a good man. This is the place to go to, support a small business. I enjoy having an modern twist to the loft style, creating a beautiful atmosphere for me. The amenities are also a great perk, as I love going to the gym and hanging out by their double pools. The best part is they make living in an luxury apartment affordable. Definitely would recommend making The Lofts at Palisades their new home for anyone.”
