“School is amazing! The staff is amazing and very helpful. My 6th grader had trouble navigating on the first few weeks, but now she knows here way around the whole school! There are not any bad things happening here, so it feels like a pretty safe school. The staff is probably the best part of Nelson. My daughter had trouble opening her locker on the 4th day of school, and a teacher walked over and opened the locker in a jiffy. She was also lost on the second week of school. She was stranded in the 8th grade section and couldn't find gym class. A very kind 8th grade teacher showed her the gym. Overall, this school is one of the best schools I've seen in a while, since my 12th grader is going to graduate soon.”

“I dropped in for a lunch BJJ class while I was in town for work, and I’m so glad I did. For starters, everyone was incredibly welcoming and friendly. There’s a good number of active competitors here too, which always makes the environment a bit more fun imo. The high level of technique amongst the regular members (both juvenile and adults) definitely challenged me to sharpen my own. I really wish I could stick around for more classes!! It’s also a major bonus that the facility itself is STELLAR—plenty of mat space, cleanliness throughout the entire space, a shower, cubbies for personal belongings, etc. Honestly one of my favorite facilities I’ve been to so far (and that’s including international BJJ gyms). I couldn’t recommended this gym enough. You have to give it a try if you’re nearby!!”

The teachers do a great job with making sure my child behaved and learned a lot. They communicated with my about what she was doing in class and what we could work on. The director was extremely kind and welcoming. Then there’s Whitney who goes above and beyond to communicate with you about anything and everything. She is probably the nicest person I’ve ever met in my life! I felt so comfortable with all of the people that work there. It is so hard to find a place that you can take your child and feel 100% confident your child is safe, loved, well taken care of and learning a lot! She went there 2 years and i was never let down! “Thankfully, I have been a patient of Wellness Solutions since moving to North Texas in 2018. Sandra Caldwell, MD is a wonderful primary care physician. She listens is supportive and easy to talk to. She has guided me with lab work and to other specialists as needed over the last year and a half. I never leave my appointments with unresolved issues. I had been dealing with back issues since 2016 and after several chiropractic sessions with Dr. Bowden and rehabilitation with Dr. Vincent I felt better than I had since the injury. Not having been to a chiropractor before Dr. Bowden was honest and forthcoming about what I should expect during our sessions. Also, not being a very physically active person, Dr. Vincent was able to modify the exercises to my capabilities which was a big help.
