Everything in this gym is setup to encourage me to exercise from the key fob entry, to the lockers, to equipment and setup, to the membership fee structure, and the kids’ corner. The circuit training includes fully scalable strength and cardio exercises for a full body work out. I especially enjoy Adam’s guidance to keep good forms and properly work the muscles on the more ambitious days. No excuses.
