“I have never had a mechanic go to the extent that Darrel did to fix my truck. He worked for several hours researching to locate the issue and fixed my truck. He replaced my water pump and when my truck was still overheating, he checked my thermostat (my brand new, just purchased), and even went to the trouble of testing it to discover it was a bad one. He drove to the auto supply and picked up a new one since this was late into the evening past their delivery times. He worked on my truck altogether for well over three hours and didn't even charge me for the additional labor, especially when the problem was not with anything he had repaired. I am blown away by this guy. He's honest, kind, dang good at what he does and knows his stuff. You can bet I'll be using him both personally and with my company vehicles. I highly recommend him. You will not be sorry you gave him a call and gave him a try. Honest mechanics are extremely rare and this guy is the real deal. God bless Darrel, his team and his business.”
