“So far, I have good experiences with each new property manager as well as the maintenance staff. The location is ideal because of banking, grocery, pharmacy and gas stations. If I am in a rush to get to a downtown Dallas location, I can take the George Bush Turnpike. Most importantly is what you get for the price which included a washer and dryer within the unit. What can be a minus is to have an uncooperative neighbor who refuses not do wash their laundry between the hours of 10:30 - 6:00 am. This problem when corner apartments (at least in my case) have their washer and drawer occupy the wall next to your bedroom wall. - From a verified resident on ApartmentRatings”
