“When I was young I took a tour of a firestation and love it. Now that I have a young one who insists on pointing out every firetruck and ambulance, I thought it was a good idea. I was nervous becuase my husband said that was a looooong time ago (I don't think I'm that old) and they may not allow tours anymore. I went anyway and we were graciously welcomed in to take a short tour of the firetrucks and the ambulance! 8D My daughter loved it and while she didn't say too much while she was there, she told everyone and showed everyone her firehat and sticker when we left. I hope to tour when she's a little older too. She may have questions and participate with the gracious fireman who allowed her to look at the vehicles. Thank you so much for your time Firestation 2!”

“Location, location, location. Within walking distance to all the shops and best restaurants in the square. Within a mile of many residential areas. Enjoyed my stay. The room was good although I agree with some reviews on the water temperature being smoldering hot. Just learn how many turns on the temperature knobs and stick with it. Bed was comfortable, fitness center was very small but did the job. The best part was the service from the front desk. It was beyond my expectations. Mini fridge for my medication was delivered quickly to my room upon check in. Would highly recommend”

Lauren at the service desk let me know how things would go, how long it would take, and directed me to the waiting area. Comfy chairs (spaced widely for easy social distancing),good variety of beverages (including quality tea, which is exceptionally rare), and a generally comfortable atmosphere kept me comfortable while I waited. While I don't hope for another recall on my vehicle, I had an excellent experience.”

I think the thing I loved most of all is instead of just adjusting me and calling it good, he took time to understand the problem I was having and then spent more time after the adjustment in giving me stretches/exercises to do also. “We met some family to have dinner. None of us had been there yet, but I am vegan and my sis-in-law is GF and lactose intolerant so we knew it was a good choice. It really was. All of our meals were very good and four of us got dessert that was awesome. The only reason I give it a 4 instead of a 5 was for the noise of the blender. My stepson is on the autism spectrum and it was hard for him to concentrate on our conversation when the blender was running. Other than that the atmosphere was great. We will definitely be back!”

She showed patience and her willingness to take the time and provide product comparative information was very helpful. We also want to recognize the delivery crew Steven and Derek, who came on time and were very easy to work with. They wanted to make sure we were happy with the furniture set up. Very professional in how they handled the delivery process. I requested them to adjust the legs of the fire pit because it was not aligned properly. They made sure it was perfectly done. They were quick to complete the job but was done with perfection. They even spent a few minutes to get our table umbrella base fixed properly since it was an old unit and it had rusted a little. Overall excellent delivery service.”
