I liked most that though I had not seen the doctor on my initial screening visit, he had obviously looked over my record thoroughly before the visit and was knowledgeable about my case and had a plan. He explained everything to me in great detail before and during the procedure which put me at ease because there were no surprises. He had wonderful bedside manner. I left knowing exactly what to do and what the expectations were for recovery. And it was easy to get a follow up appointment at a time that is convenient to me! Overall I would DEFINITELY recommend this practice and I plan to continue to be a patient for my dermatology needs in the future because I feel comfortable and confident in their care.”
