“I visited this studio a long time ago. It's a clean Russ Berger designed studio. Very advanced equipment and good clean atmosphere. Later I became an engineer myself and opened Julian's Heavy Metal Amp Room in West Tawakoni where we track mainly heavy metal drums and guitars and during the design phase I thought of the layout of this studio and it was always an influence in the back of my mind. Russ Berger was a master of his craft and if he designed it - it sounds good. Always one of my favorite places when I'm in DFW.”

“So far, in my perilous quest to find the best poke bowl, Roll & Poke is the winner. Things I wish they did better: they are a little skimpy with rice and sides (but the protein is great!), and I wish they had cream cheese as an optional side. The crispy onion was nice and crisp. Spicy Mayo with pineapple is a great combination! The fish wasn’t fishy at all, I could tell it was nice and fresh! Something they do great is the bowls that it comes in, when you get it Togo, are sealed, so you know your food hasn’t been tampered with. The ordering process was quick and easy. I think I was only inside for like 5 minutes. Definitely adding Roll & Poke to my weekly lunch rotation!”

“I've never met Adam or Phyllis in person yet they treat me like we've known each other for years. I put the pressure on them to deliver two policies for a couple of Motor cycles in the store, one assembled which made it way harder to deal with. Specifically Phyllis saw it all done for me, she made me feel like I was her top priority and in the end got everything done. Farmers might be a bit more expensive than your discount insurance but these two folks will take good care of you and the coverage is good. Claims in the past have also been a breeze with Farmers.”
