Really takes the time to listen and address your concerns. He will always ask you if you have any other questions. I also like that he wants to address the underlying problem and not just look for a quick fix to get you on your way. You cannot go wrong with seeing him. So far my sister, my husband and I all go to him and we are all very pleased with his care.”

Before I decided to get a personal trainer, I did A LOT of research on the most effective mode of exercise, muscle building, phasing workouts etc. So I went into our phone call knowing exactly what I wanted my workouts to consist of. Bob's philosophy on exercise is shared by the nation's best trainers! Lastly, since Bob and I had similar passions for health and fitness, we had a lot to talk about during our sessions, and he always generously gave me extra time so I could still get in an effective workout.”
