“I am an okra LOVER. I visit this location frequently and every single time I order the same thing...okra. I am super picky when it comes to my food taste and temperature, so I ask for fresh okra to be made. Not once has anyone given me a hard time or said "we can't do that" or etc. My request has always been honored and my okra comes out EXACTLY how I like it. I'm usually served and greeted by the same employees who are all amazing. But there are two guys, Desmond and Francisco, who I see almost every visit, who are consistently displaying exemplary customer service. Both guys are very kind and efficient. “Dr. Chiang is the ultimate professional and sensitive to the needs of her patients. Somewhat "squeamish" with anyone (including myself!) near my eyes, she is aware, asking prior to testing, thoroughly explaining the why's and the importance of the procedure. She then let's me decide whether I'm able to move forward. My previous OD gave "promise" she wouldn't proceed - but did anyway with the element of surprise. Perhaps she thought I'd get over my fear but it only made my phobia worse. She's no longer with that practice. It's rare for any office to provide a cell # which I have always received a prompt response. Her office - adjacent to Costco optical, allows easy access with exceptional prices with many insurance plans accepted. Any issues with an RX are a simple call next door. For anyone seeking a change in an OD with a professional, kind demeanor, Dr. Chiang and staff should be considered. I highly recommend!”

I find tons of cute toys clothes and shoes not to mention the rooms and rooms of baby gear.. Tina and David are the nicest people to work with and they run a great sale. I’ve been to many different kids consignment sales but this is my all time favorite. I don’t think we have missed but one or two in the 9 years we have been going. I highly recommend volunteering so you can shop early! This sale is the best!”
