“I brought my father to the Emergency Department on Sunday morning. The registration process went smooth and he was taken back in less than 5 minutes. My father's healthcare team was exceptionally caring. They listen to his concerns about his condition and ensured him that he'll be taken care of, and not treated like a number. My father was released today, and I can honestly say that this was the best hospital experience we've ever had. Although I was very worried about him, my mind was at ease because I knew he was in good hands. I hope he never needs to return to the hospital. However, if he has to, I will gladly make the 44-mile round trip just so we can experience the great care that Texas Health Frisco has to offer. (...and to believe, that my first impression of Texas Health Frisco was actually through a nice gentleman I met at my job!)”

“We have never purchased a hot tub before this one. We had to do some research before committing to the Caldera from Relax & Retreat Hot Tubs in Dallas. Steve was very helpful with all our questions and went above and beyond customer care to insure we get our tub as soon as possible during the pandemic which caused big delays! It didn’t stop there. The delivery crew and their electrician were very professional. They stayed until the hot tub was full and running well. They gave us a short tutorial of the care for it.
