“I came down to the Pot and had the steak and green pepper spud with the lemonade. First bite in and I already had felt my life change for the better when my manager texted me and said I’m the new owner of our restaurant, then my long loved crush texted me saying she wanted me to take her out. Then I tried the lemonade with the first sip I felt my mindset change and decided to become and entrepreneur now making over six figures and buying my new 8br mansion with my crush and were already planning our wedding. “Excellent, efficient service today at DPS in McKinney! Previously appointments were booking out 3+ months in advance, but recently I was able to schedule an appointment for a name change on my license for only a couple weeks out. Upon arrival, I stood in the appointment line outside for about 2 minutes before I was ushered inside to fill out paperwork. Within 5 minutes my ticket was called. Eddie was excellent, very friendly as were his coworkers near by. Unexpectedly, I left with several local restaurant recommendations and a big smile on my face. With an appointment, I was in and out in less than 30 minutes! The employees are SO friendly here. This is my second visit within a year, and it was great both times. :) Thank you all so much, God bless!”

“My 5yr old used to go here. It's new facility and well planned with more view of classrooms. All the staff are very welcoming and caring. We never had any complaints, be it curriculum, food etc. Initially my daughter used to complain of challenging work but the teachers encouraged her and made sure she likes it. Later she really liked challenging work. The management is also very flexible and create a friendly environment. I would definitely recommend this school.”

“If you are looking at this review, it probably means you have found yourself wanting to make a change in your fitness. What I can tell you is that F 45 works! In just 5 months I have seen results I didn’t think I would see. The workouts consist of HIIT training that combines muscle confusion all while having maximum energy that the coaches give off. The music is always on point, and the beautiful thing about it is that it’s for ALL fitness levels. The coaches are there to provide modifications if necessary and push you if they know you can go harder. Just try one of Jays classes and you will see what I mean! This program, the gym, the atmosphere and community all gets 5 stars! Don’t wait anymore.. you need to do it!!!”

“I’m in my mid-fifties and I joined FIT almost 1.5 years ago. I’ve been training with Rodney ever since. This has been the best decision I’ve ever made for my overall health and fitness. Rodney is a superior trainer, who knows how challenge and is extremely knowledgeable and compassionate, while dedicated to my success! I highly recommend FIT and all of its great trainers to anyone who is truly committed to their overall health and well-being! You don’t know what you are missing until you have a trainer like Rodney! Since joining FIT, I personally have increased my core strength, improved my posture, built muscle mass, lost nearly all the weight I’ve needed to loose, and reduced by 90 percent the aches and pains associated with the physical and metabolic inflammation common with poor diet and lack of functional exercise. Instead of just going into the gym to “lift weights” or “do cardio”, my training sessions are dynamic and challenging, taking into account core strength and proper nutrition for optimal performance. These sessions also promote longevity activities that balance cardio/strength workouts, clean eating, and stretching / postural activities. I can’t imagine not going to FIT any longer and actually look forward to my 30-45 min. sessions. Will, the owner is extremely dedicated to operating a great training facility. The atmosphere is warm an very friendly. The training staff are all top notch, dedicated to their client’s goals and success. The facility is clean and the equipment is great for functional fitness. This makes coming into the facility to train way more than a gym.”

I needed a big job because my car still has drum brakes on the back wheels. Stephen did a great job at finding the best parts at a reasonable price and also gave us any discounts available. The owner, Alex, checked in to make sure we were happy with the work and service. I was excited to report that everything went great and my mama was relaxed to know she would be safe on the road.
