“My husband and I decided to try My Little Oven Pizza after reading Google reviews. If you blink, you will pass by it like we did. Thanks to Google Map, we found this quaint little Pizza joint. The owner was nice and explained how he makes the Pizza. We decided to have a Pizza with sausage, caramelized onions and fire roasted peppers. The Pizza tasted really good. The crust was prefect with a crunchy edge. The sauce was just perfect for us, not to rich. We also had a slice of Chocolate cake. We will come again the next time we come to Canyon Lake. I took some pictures of the signs on the road so you won't drive by it like we did.😁”

“It's hard to find a stylist sometimes, and now I have 2! I'm thrilled to have found First Love. Both Karla and Liliana have cut my hair, and they are both absolutely wonderful. I wouldn't hesitate to sit in anyone's chair here. I've taken my daughter for a cut, and my sister for a wash and blowout when she was in from out of town, both were thrilled. They are so friendly and welcoming, all of them. The salon itself is setup in such a relaxing way, I just love it. I could gush all day about everyone in this salon, but instead I'm just going to say, book an appointment and go!”

“Great little park with access to the lake amd several interesting dive sites. No day use and limited camp sites available keep the crowd level low. We booked campsite for weekend but only stayed during the day for dive site access. Campsites near the lake are nice for primitive camping but sites further back are lacking lake views/access from camp to lake. Not a big deal for us but if I was camping there I would try for a closer site. Restrooms are a pit toilet and the age is showing. Not gross, just old and in need of a touch up. Camp hosts were incredibly polite and helpful. All in all a cool place to hang out, swim, and dive.”

“Amazing Pizza, I got the Wicked Meat Pocket, the crust was super thin and crispy. My wife got the cauliflower crust Buffalo Chicken and it was a great thin crispy crust with just the right balance of heat in the buffalo sauce. The kids got the Wicked Meats GF crust and it is was great just like the others. The staff was super nice, helpful and great to talk with. Definitely will be back when in the area!!”

“First of all, I’ve never LOVED a dentist office..until we went here. We had such a great experience. It’s clean and really nice. It has a really comfortable vibe and the staff is wonderful, from the front desk to the X-ray tech, hygienist, and dentist. Usually anxiety is associated with going to the dentist.. but, not with this place. I’m so glad our family found this dental office. Highly recommend. Adding to my first review, we had our 2nd visit and we would all give another 5 star rating. The staff is outstanding. The environment is clean and comfortable. My husband and I had to get a deep cleaning. When the numbness wore off several hours after we were home, we were both able to eat normally and today (the day after) we are both pain free. We were told there could be soreness, discomfort, etc. looking forward to the next visit. The dentist is usually associated with anxiety., but this place does a great job at alleviating that.”

“Great place to rent a tube or bring your own. $20 pp, the tube takes you around the horseshoe. They have two sites, 1 and 2. Sign up, pay and they give you a parking pass. After you place it in your car they will give you wristbands and a tube (if you need one). You get on the river right there and get off the river on the second bridge. Walk up the hill and get on a bus back. You can do it all day for the same entry, just get another tube and start again. Place gets busy on Saturday/sun just be patient. Nice folks run this, bus drivers are nice. It gets a bit crazy mid river… FYI for those with sensitive young children, alcohol is allowed and some wild and crazy parties may abound, but not bad. People enjoying life!!!!”

“Had a great time at turkey cove. The room was nothing fancy but clean and had everything we needed. The view was amazing. We didn't have a boat but have to say boating here would be fun and easy to get in the water. We did go swimming and the whole family enjoyed it from young to old.”

“Me and my wife stayed here for 5 nights at the "Perch" cabin. The owners are extremely friendly and helpful. Just remember what part of Texas you are in as we found a scorpion in our cabin. Just keep an eye on your kids but we were there for 5 nights and only saw one of them. It was overall a great place and we would stay again.”
