Dr. Lano addressed all my concerns and questions and really took the time to listen to me. I went in for allergy testing and Katie was excellent! Would recommend to all my family and friends!

(July 4, 2022, 6:50 pm)Dr Lanos office is so nice, very professional, and they always have a smile for you. Dr Lano could use some improvement on his bedside manner. My first visit with Dr Lano was for a very serious problem with swallowing caused by a severe allergy to a medication. I didn’t find him very friendly or caring. But I have to say his treatment for my condition is working very well. A little kindness and caring goes a long way, makes for a good doctor and patient relationship. My second visit, a follow up, I waited 30 minutes past my appointment time, when he finally came into the exam room there was no apology for the wait. This was a very quick visit, a quick check and then he left the room, while I was still talking to him.
I am a retired RN CCM, with over 40 years in nursing. In all those I never forgot caring, compassion, kindness, and empathy.
Valerie his nurse is absolutely wonderful. She is caring and thoughtful. She took very good care of my needs, returning my calls, getting my prescription refills approved, and working with the pharmacy staff. I can’t say enough about Valerie. She has been wonderful at both visits, new patient and follow up. -

(June 14, 2022, 4:18 pm)Dr. Lano is one of the most caring and professional doctors I’ve had the pleasure of being taken care of by! He’s taken all my issues into consideration and always manages to solve all my problems and concerns. I had a deviated septum and breathing issues as well as allergy problems and he was able to fix me up perfectly through surgery and allergy drops. Even after my surgery he constantly followed up and took care of all my worries and very patiently handled my whole situation. I’m very, VERY happy with my end result and wouldn’t have had it any other way! If you have any issues with your ear, nose, or throat, he’s your guy! Thank you Dr. Lano!
