(February 27, 2021, 6:27 am)I called Top Notch on a Wednesday afternoon to inquire about installing a hitch for a bike rack on my Avalon . Not only did they get me a hitch but also a bike rack.Thursday they called to let me know the parts were in. Friday my hitch and bike rack was installed. Top Notch made it so easy. The bike rack is better than I imagined. The rack locks the bike on, so you can stop without the fear of your bike getting stolen. I am so pleased with the service at Top Notch. The staff was so helpful, friendly and easy to work with. Thanks Top Notch 😊
