  On new years morning around 3:30 Am I came home to my sweet Sydney ears tucked back and acting abnormal. I then noticed she had a purple tongue and I sprung into action and called Allure and this sweet lady answered and I told her I was on my way and everything that was going on. When I arrived my sweet girl was unresponsive, and their team jumped right to my aid and did everything possible to save my sweet girl. Unfortunately she passed shortly after arriving. The team was very caring and thoughtful and gave me time to spend with my baby in peace and took such good care of me. We found out that she had Pneumothorax, air around her lungs ,which can be spontaneous in Huskies. Although I miss my dear Sydney deeply, I am forever grateful for the awesome team that was there that night. As a vet technician my self they rocked it, and did everything possible. I highly recommend them to anyone who is needing emergency service.
  I also recieved a sweet card in the mail with nice notes for our loss. Thank you so much.

  Our dog ate a AA battery from a Christmas decoration the Wednesday night before Thanksgiving. ????????‍♀️ Our regular vet was closed and so we took Bess to Allure. We had an excellent experience! We were met at the door and Bess was whisked off for care. The staff was professional, compassionate and truly cared about Bess and me. The facility was spotless. I was offered something to drink from their full snack bar. They kept me informed regarding Bess and talked with me regarding tests and medications she needed. The front desk staff kept a look out for my husband who was on his way and escorted him back to see me. They treated us like family. We HIGHLY recommend Allure! Bess is doing great! ????????

  I cannot say enough about the employees and operation of Allure. Our dog suffered a serious internal issue and was seen almost immediately when I took her to the clinic at 10:30 PM on a week night. All employees were very caring and very responsive to my pet and me. She was operated on the next day by Dr. Spencer who did an excellent job. Dr. Spencer was very caring and helpful throughout our pet's recovery. I am typically not a review writer, but all my experience was so positive, I felt it should be shared.

  We went to the blueperl emergency vet clinic in the middle of town and was told a 3-4 hour wait. They recommended allure instead as an alternative. The staff at allure were kind and courteous the entire time. A checkup ran us $85. This was sometime after 11pm so i think its understandable price. (A lot better for an emergency visit compared to Missouri where we used to live). They said they recently moved to this new location and it had been slow all night. They could use more business. I would like to continue to use this place as my emergency vet clinic so please patronize this location if you can.
