It’s my 3rd time coming here and I love how I feel after every sessions. Today I brought my BF who was a little skeptical but even he enjoyed the services

Staff is beyond nice and always happy to help with any questions or concerns

We got Cryo Therapy, Red Light Therapy and then Compression with Oxygen

We look forward to our next couple of visits and looking into becoming members ! 😌

I LOVE THIS PLACE! Getting a membership was the best thing I could’ve done for me and my kiddos recovery days. I’ve tried just about everything they offer thus far and have been satisfied with them all. Nowadays great customer service skills seems to be lacking wherever we go, but not here! The staff is always friendly and helpful which is such a breath of fresh air. 10/10 recommend

The float tank was amazing! It was my first time doing the sensory deprivation tank and the staff made me feel very safe informed. Great experience! Took advantage of the Black Friday sales and purchased a 3 pack pass.

Holly Cassin helped me with my compression therapy and it was wonderful. She was very helpful and explained everything well, answered all my questions. I also got some lavender oxygen during the compression. Very relaxing! Definitely loved my expand will be back for more!

Fabulous first experience with cryotherapy. Sarah was super patient and took time to walk me through their facility and all my questions. I added on the compression therapy, also, and that felt awesome! Super relaxing! Highly recommend!
